Cancellation Policy

Reservations -You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. -All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability at the time of request. -A reservation is only confirmed once a 50% deposit of the total tour cost is received. -Full payment must be completed at least 24 hours before the tour begins. -Multi-day packages may include lodging, which depends on group size and availability of our partners. If any changes are necessary, they will be to accommodations of similar quality and communicated in advance — at no additional cost to the client. -Booking requests will be responded to within 2 business days. A confirmation of receipt will be sent once your request is being processed. Pricing -Once a tour is booked, the confirmed price will not be altered due to future promotions or discounts. -Tour prices may be adjusted if planning costs increase, but only with client consent. -If a price adjustment exceeds 10% of the total tour cost, the client will be notified and may cancel the reservation without penalty. -Promotional discounts may be offered up to 15 days before the tour. Clients booking at different times may pay different rates for the same experience. -All prices are per person, in USD or CRC (Costa Rican Colón), and include only the services listed in the tour description. -Prices do not include extras such as phone calls, national park entrance fees, laundry, bar/minibar, personal tips, or any service not explicitly mentioned. Payment Methods -Payment must follow the schedule agreed upon at the time of booking. Pachamama Experiences CR reserves the right to cancel your reservation if any scheduled payment is missed. -Payments can be made via bank transfer (transfer fees are the client’s responsibility). Email us at admin@pachamamaexperiencescr.com to request banking details. -Payments via credit card may be subject to additional fees depending on your card issuer and bank. Pachamama Experiences CR is not responsible for any third-party banking fees. -If a reservation change is required due to client unavailability, the client will be responsible for any additional charges imposed by our service providers.
